1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2 Acceptance of Terms

Balances in accounts closed for multi-accounting may be forfeited.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Information

Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. bv998 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv998 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your bv998 Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you notify bv998 immediately of any unauthorised access. bv998 offers two-factor authentication and recommends its use by all players.

4.3 KYC Verification

bv998 is required by the conditions of its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered players. This process may include requesting copies of valid government-issued identity documents (such as a Pakistani National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 4.4 Account Closure

You may close your bv998 Account at any time by contacting bv998 customer support. bv998 will process any remaining verified balance after outstanding wagers have been settled, subject to KYC verification having been completed. bv998 reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirements.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

bv998 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via approved payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, Meezan Bank, and other methods listed in the Cashier section of the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Cashier section and may be amended from time to time. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method's availability for withdrawals. Withdrawals are only processed to accounts held in the same name as the bv998 Account. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to KYC verification being completed. bv998 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

5.3 Currency

All bv998 Account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bv998 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Transactions made via payment methods that require currency conversion may be subject to fees imposed by the payment provider, for which bv998 accepts no liability.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. bv998 will notify the Account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, where applied, will be deducted from the remaining Account balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the player. bv998 will retain records of all dormant account transactions in accordance with its data retention obligations.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bv998 bonus offers — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and tournament prizes — are subject to specific wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, minimum odds requirements (where applicable), and validity periods. These terms are displayed in full at the point of offer and must be met in their entirety before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

bv998 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Behaviour considered to constitute bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using mathematical strategies designed to eliminate risk on bonus funds, coordinating bonus exploitation with other players, and misrepresenting eligibility for promotional offers. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and free spins that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Expired bonuses will be removed from your bv998 Account balance without compensation.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bv998 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, which are published within each game interface or market. The following general rules apply across all bv998 betting and gaming products:

• Bets placed after a game or event has concluded will be voided and stakes returned, regardless of the displayed outcome.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet, the outcome of affected rounds may be voided at bv998's discretion, with stakes returned to the player's Account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bv998 and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and potential reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or allowing any person under 21 to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment process.

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

bv998's aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of bv998 Services shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your bv998 Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bv998 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of its Services and accepts no liability for losses caused by temporary platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical issues beyond bv998's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

bv998 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the bv998 Privacy Policy.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
